UPDATED: Kyle Brennan vs the Church of Scientology: Oral arguments in Jacksonville September 14

Oral arguments in the Kyle Brennan wrongful death suit against the Church of Scientology will be heard before a panel of three federal judges in Jacksonville, Florida, on the morning of Friday, September 14.

The oral arguments are open to the public. The court opens at 8:30 8:00 am, and Kyle's case will be heard sometime between 9:00 8:30 am and noon.

Each side has fifteen minutes.  The judges will deliberate and are expected to publish their decision after Thanksgiving. The names of the judges will be released were released on August 28: Judges Frank Hull of Atlanta, Stanley Marcus of Miami, and Emmett Cox of Mobile.

Victoria Britton will be there along with members of the press, former Scientologists and other critics of Scientology abuses.

Please let your friends in the Jacksonville area to attend. It is important for the judges to see members of every segment of society standing up for justice for Kyle and Victoria against the power and money of the Church of Scientology.
